In fact, your credit card details are not transferred to CoolGear.eu but to a secure PayPal or Stripe server than manages the transaction between credit institutions. All the shippings and deliveries of goods will be handled by the suppliers. CoolGear.eu won’t ship anything directly. It only manage the shopping, purchase and checkout process.

In case you will buy more than one product, all the items will be shipped separately with different carriers. We will comunicate the carriers and shipping times right after the payment step. An approximate indication of the delivery time is included in the product page.

The handling time before shipping is 2 days during which we will make sure the packaging and the shipment will be made on time.
